What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
What does this mean for you?
Processing and Shipping times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 1-2 business days* + 1-3 business days* shipping via USPS Priority Mail; although currently, those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19, government orders, and the impact on our business. Processing and Shipping times may also be extended during holidays.

What is the refund/return policy?
You may request a full refund on all UNSHIPPED orders at any time. If you wish to cancel, Click Here to chat. All sales are FINAL once the order ships. As a policy, we do not accept returned items nor do we restock them for the safety of our customers and staff.
We occasionally offer discount codes to our customers for special promotions and giveaways. If you have trouble with using a discount code at checkout, please Click Here to chat. Love.Crave.Adore reserves the right to cancel or amend special promotions at any time. Unless otherwise specified, Love.Crave.Adore discount codes are for one-time use and are valid only through their expiration date (if applicable).
My discount code isn’t working.
- Our system only accepts one discount code at a time, so please make sure you haven’t already submitted a discount code with your order. Unless otherwise noted, our discount codes can only be used on one order and may have an expiration date.

When will my order be delivered?
- Your order will ship from Jacksonville, AR, zip code 72076. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive at its destination. Transit time depends on the distance between Jacksonville, AR, and the delivery address. In the event of bad weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events that may affect USPS shipping services, your shipment may be delayed. We do our very best to make sure your shipment is delivered on time but once it leaves Love.Crave.Adore, the care of your package is in the hands of our shipping carrier. We're not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen items.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Please note: We reserve the right to make substitutions, of equal or greater value, if we are out of stock on an item. We will make every effort to contact you to approve the substitution ahead of time, but if we do not hear from you, we will make an appropriate substitution in the interest of getting your order out promptly.
One of the items in my order is damaged, what should I do?
- That sucks! If your order arrived with one or more damaged or defective items, please email us at help@lovecraveadore.com within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll send a replacement item(s) ASAP. Please note that for limited-quantity items or items that are out of stock, we’ll work with you to send a replacement of equal value. Please be prepared to email pictures of the damaged or defective items.
I don’t like the order I received. Can I return it?
- We don't accept returns or exchanges. ALL SHIPPED ORDERS ARE FINAL
I received tracking information and my address is wrong.
- Please contact us immediately Click Here to report an incorrect shipping address. We'll attempt to intercept your order and reroute it to the correct address if the package is still in route.
I received tracking information, but the gift never arrived.
- We use USPS for shipping, the shipping email you received contains your tracking number that links to the USPS website where you can review the status of your shipment. If the status shows the order has arrived, please double-check around the door, behind bushes, or planters near the door. If you still can’t find the order, please email us at help@lovecraveadore.com.
